Huddersfield Town host Middlesbrough tonight, with Danny Cowley's side looking to make it five unbeaten in the Championship, form that has seen the Terriers come within a point of getting out of the relegation zone.

With signs of a revival on the pitch, Cowley could do without any distractions off it but will be aware that Turkish giants Fenerbahce are keen on signing Terriers full-back Florent Hadergjonaj, according to a report on Turkish media outlet Asist Analiz.

So should Huddersfield sell, amid reports Fenerbahce are plotting a swoop for Hadergjonaj?

We discuss.........

Ned Holmes

"If the fee meets their valuation then I think so, yes.

"The right-back has fallen out of favour since the arrival of Danny Cowley and Danny Simpson and I can't see him regaining his place.

"His stats this season indicate he's struggled defensively but has fared well going forward and I don't think that sort of fair weather defender is what Cowley will be looking for.

"Hadergjonaj is not a bad back up to have for the Terriers but if they can cash in on him them I think they should."

Jordan Rushworth

"Huddersfield should consider an offer for Hadergjonaj in the January window, given they have already signed a player in the shape of Danny Simpson who will be a very reliable performer at right-back for the Terriers for the rest of the campaign.

"Hadergjonaj started the season as the club's first choice right-back, and does offer an outlet going forwards with the energy to attack offensively on the overlap, but he often lacks the defensive instincts needed to prevent crosses coming into the box, which cost Huddersfield a few goals at the start of the season.

"Huddersfield will be needing to recruit some extra players to suit Danny Cowley's style in the January window, and if they were to get some money for Hadergjonaj that could help the Terriers invest in their squad depth, although they would need to identify a suitable replacement for him were they to sell."

"I think they should listen to offers, but that doesn't necessarily mean they should be selling.

"With Danny Simpson having claimed Hadergjonaj's place in the Huddersfield lineup since his arrival, I don't think losing the Kosovan would be a major concern to the Terriers, should that continue to be the case.

"However, with Hadergjonaj's contract not set to expire until the end of next season, and with the club holding the option to extend that by a further 12 months, they are in a strong position to negotiate any bids that might come in for the defender.

"As a result, I think they should only be looking to sell Hadergjonaj if Fenerbahce, or indeed any other club, come in with a sizeable offer that could be considered too good for the Terriers to refuse."
