Nuno Santo was sent to the stands on the weekend, as he reacted to a poor challenge from David Wheater on Diogo Jota.

The Wolves manager was sent packing by the referee alongside Phil Parkinson, in a match that Wolves went on to win 5-1.

Santo is evidently a very passionate figure on the touchline, but does he need to tone it down a little bit?

We discuss....

I think it was a one-off.

The Portuguese manager has been pretty bang-on in many ways this season - discipline included.

If he ends up in the stands in a few weeks we might have something to discuss but I wouldn't lose sleep if I was a Wolves fan.

Chris Gallagher

Perhaps, although it's good to see passion from a manager.

And, he was justified with his anger on Saturday. David Wheater's foul on Diogo Jota was late and nasty, so it's easy to see why the Wolves bench reacted.

Plus, Phil Parkinson said it was the sort of argument that happens every week. However, if you've seen Santo over the season then you won't be surprised to hear he was sent off!

Adam Simeoni

No, he should be the same emotional guy he has been from the start!

That is one of the reasons why he is so popular with Wolves fans.

His passionate nature inspires players and fans alike.

Alfie Burns

He got a little but carried away with one tackle on Saturday, but Wolves weren’t fazed by his absence from the technical area as they breezed past Bolton.

I think Molineux found the funny side to it, but maybe Nuno does need to cool it down just a touch.

The pressure will start to build on Wolves very soon, as they are now expected to storm to promotion.

If they are to do that, Nuno needs to keep a cool head and set an example to his players.
