It is shaping up into an exciting summer for Nottingham Forest, with Aitor Karanka looking to reshape his playing squad at the City Ground.

Last season, Forest stumbled to a mid-table finish in the Sky Bet Championship, with Karanka’s side underwhelming.

The Spaniard is clearly keen to not let that happen again, with work well underway in the transfer window.

Today, reports from the Nottingham Post have linked Forest with a move for Jack Robinson, who is a free agent this summer following his release from Queens Park Rangers.

Reports suggest a deal is developing fast, which has got Forest’s supporters excited that Karanka could be finally about to solve the club’s ongoing problems at left-back.

Here is some of the Forest reaction…

Left-back has been a problem position at the City Ground in the past and bringing Robinson on board would help to solve that.

The 24-year-old has good experience and plenty of Forest’s supporters are encouraged by this news.
