Norwich City are thriving under manager Daniel Farke with the Canaries up to sixth in the Championship following the 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest at the weekend.

A player who has taken his chance under Farke is 20-year-old midfielder Todd Cantwell who has become a regular in the first team over the last few weeks and shone in the win over Forest.

Cantwell has done everything he can to stake a claim for a starting spot against Aston Villa tonight, that will not have gone un-noticed by his manager.

But does Cantwell have a big future at Norwich?

We discuss.....

Jacob Potter

He is certainly a real prospect at Norwich this season.

The 20-year-old has broken through to the first team this season after a loan spell in the Dutch second tier last season.

He has already made six starts for Daniel Farke’s side this season and the youngster will be hoping to build on his positive performances for the Canaries for the rest of their campaign this year.

George Dagless

I do.

He's a good young player that is starting to excel for Norwich and it's clear that the Canaries have a good policy of bringing through youth.

I expect him to really kick on.

Jay Taylor

He certainly has a future but needs to be used with care.

Todd Cantwell will be in and out of the team as he develops and learns and that is to be expected.

But the midfielder could be a vital part of Daniel Farke’s side for the rest of the season and certainly beyond.

Gary Hutchinson

Yes, I do.

He’s only 20-years old but that loan spell in the Netherlands looks impressive.

Furthermore, he’s on the fringe of first team action now and catching the eye.

Daniel Farke must have been having his Weetabix in the summer because the change in him and his side is unbelievable.
