Premier League side Hull City are ready to splash out £5 million plus bonuses for Norwich City winger Robert Snodgrass – but the Canaries are holding out for £6.5 million so they can fund a bid for Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes, reports the Daily Mirror.
The Tigers boss Steve Bruce is an admirer of the former Leeds United winger and is wanting to bolster his squad as the club prepare for their first ever campaign in European football.
The 26-year-old has just one year left on his contract at Carrow Road but Norwich are still demanding £6.5m for the winger.
The Canaries are wanting as much cash up front as possible for the Scotland international so they make a bid for Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes.
Rhodes has been in prolific form for Rovers, scoring 53 goals in 96 appearances since joining from Huddersfield Town in August 2012.
The 24-year-old is the number one target for Norwich boss Neil Adams.
