Hull City have had an average start to life in the Championship following on from their relegation last season.

Leonid Slutsky’s side have one win, one draw, and one loss to their name and looking at the teams they have played in their opening three games, they probably should’ve won all three.

Whilst they might have been expected to do better it is mainly their defenders who aren’t pulling their weight.

From their opening three games, Hull’s attackers have managed seven goals with three of them going to Abel Hernandez.

As good of a start that Hernandez has had, the Tigers can’t put all of their expectations on him all season long so another striker could benefit them.

Reports from Sky Sports have revealed that Hull have had a £10 million offer turned down for Cardiff’s Kenneth Zohore.

Whilst they probably shouldn’t be offering much more than the initial £10 million if they were to send a revised bid, here at FLW, we think Zohore would make a great addition to Slutsky’s side.

On paper, the Danish striker had an ok season during the 2016/17 campaign with 12 goals and five assists in all competitions.

However, considering the fact that the 23-year-old didn’t feature in the match day squad 12 times over the course of the season shows that he could have easily hit 20 goals during the previous campaign.

Out of those 12 games, Cardiff only won three times when the forward didn’t feature.

He would have to work hard to break his way into the first team but giving yourself another option up front is never a bad idea for any manager.
