Hull City look set for a big summer of change, with a number of first-team players looking set to depart the KCOM Stadium.

Nigel Adkins did a terrific job of guiding Hull away from the relegation zone last season, with the Tigers eventually finishing 18th and eight points clear of the relegation zone.

However, the club’s retained list earlier in the month confirmed that a number of players could potentially be heading to the exit door this summer.

One player definitely leaving Hull is David Meyler, who is ending a long association with the Tigers having not agreed a new contract with the club.

The midfielder has made 191 appearances for Hull since arriving in 2012 and has won promotion on two occasions during his time at the KCOM Stadium, as well as enjoying good runs in the FA Cup.

Following the announcement confirming that the 28-year-old would be departing Hull, we took to Twitter to ask supporters if they were gutted to see the midfielder leave.

40% of voters in our poll weren’t fussed to learn that Meyler was leaving, whilst the remaining 60% were gutted to see that the Irish midfielder would be departing when he contract expires.

Hull fans… Will your side miss Meyler next season? Let us know your thoughts!
