Hull City fans have had their say on who they believe their biggest loss of the summer was in the transfer market, with Tigers fans voting overwhelmingly for England defender Harry Maguire.

In a poll run by the Hull Daily Mail, the over 50 percent of City fans voted Maguire as the biggest dent to their chances when he was sold in the summer to Leicester City in a deal worth over £12m.

The big defender, formerly of Sheffield United, has gone from strength to strength since making he move to the King Power, and has been rewarded for his fine form with England caps under manager Gareth Southgate.

Other names on the list and voted for were Sam Clucas, who was sold to Premier League Swansea, and midfielder Tom Huddlestone, who made the surprise move back to Derby County in August.

The Tigers have been in miserable form so far this season in the Championship, currently languishing down in 20th place under manager Leonid Slutsky. They have won only two of their last nine games and will be hoping for a big upturn in form once the international break comes to an end.

Hull fans, what do you think? Do you agree with the poll? Let us know in the comments!
