Huddersfield Town are looking at former Blackpool coach Steve Thompson to assist manager Mark Robins next season according to the Daily Star Sunday.
Thompson, 49, worked at Blackpool for nine years, assisting the likes of Ian Holloway and most recently Paul Ince. He has had two spells as caretaker manager after Ian Holloway left for Crystal Palace and Michael Appleton a year later when he left to become Blackburn Rovers manager.
The Terriers are searching for a replacement for Steve Taylor who left his role as first team coach and the former Bolton Wanderers and Leicester City midfielder is at the top of their list.Like what the FLW have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
