Sunderland are getting very close to relegation to League One now and it is hard to see exactly how they are going to avoid it.

They're six points from safety with only nine points left for them to play for and that surely means that they are going to be heading down to League One.

If and when they do, too, it'll surely mean another drop in attendance at the Stadium of Light whilst it also looks as though their final games against Wolves won't have many attending.

Indeed, that's because - as per Keith Downie - a number of away tickets have been cancelled because the club is fearful Newcastle fans are going to turn up instead of Wolves supporters:

Certainly, that would cause quite the spectacle - to put it lightly - if a load of Magpies turned up and it looks as though there's plenty on Twitter talking about it.
