It was seen as somewhat of a coup in the summer when Ipswich Town completed the signing of highly-rated attacking midfielder Scott Fraser from League One rivals Milton Keynes Dons.

Fresh off a 14-goal league campaign with the Dons, Fraser was expected to command transfer interest but despite a Championship move being expected by some, the Scot made the switch to the Tractor Boys for an undisclosed fee.

Ipswich definitely didn't get what they paid for in the first half of the campaign though, with the 26-year-old playing 15 times but scoring just once, although he did get three assists to his name.

New manager Kieran McKenna though was happy to let Fraser move on though just months after his arrival, with Charlton Athletic securing his signature for a reported fee of £500,000.

How's the midfielder getting on at the Addicks though since making the switch on deadline day last month?

It's only been a short time since Fraser has been at The Valley, but he has featured twice for Johnnie Jackson's side so far and has already made an impact.

Despite not starting in either of his two appearances, Fraser did grab an assist in his second showing for Charlton, delivering a cross for Chuks Aneke to plant a header home for their equaliser on the night.

That was just a brief glimpse of what Fraser has to offer as a creative midfielder for the Addicks, and with a run of starts under his belt he could regain the form he once showed for the Dons last season.
