Joining the Hatters just a few games into their 2018/19 League One title-winning season, Kazenga LuaLua was an arrival that caught the eye in League One.

The 31-year-old netted on his first start for the Hatters, finding a way to goal in a 3-0 victory in the EFL Trophy against MK Dons.

Although being used rather sparingly, LuaLua went on to score twice and provided a further nine assists in 22 appearances for the Hatters that season, with 10 of these matches coming from the very start.

LuaLua was deployed more frequently in the Championship during the 2019/20 campaign, however, his game time decreased when Nathan Jones was re-appointed.

Last year, he racked up 23 appearances, as he was predominantly brought on from the bench, scoring twice and assisting two as Luton managed a 12th placed finish.

With his contract expiring in the summer, the exciting winger embarked on a new journey in Turkey, joining second-tier side Gençlerbirliği SK.

In a similar fashion to his Luton career, he has struggled to emerge as a regular starter in Turkey, playing 10 games from the very start in his new club's first 26 outings.

Playing 18 times in total, LuaLua is yet to find the back of the net, however, he does have four assists to his name.

Predominantly being deployed on the wing, the 31-year-old has also seen game time as an attacking midfielder, whilst he was tasked with operating in a holding role in November.
