Josh Bowler has certainly had a hectic few weeks in his career with him eventually leaving Blackpool and then moving on to Nottingham Forest, before a loan deal was sanctioned that saw him join Olympiacos in Greece.

Bowler was always likely to move on in the summer window with him linked away considerably and so that eventually came to pass, with Forest successful in bringing him in.

The winger would have been hoping to play a part in their Premier League campaign this year, then, but instead he finds himself in the top flight of Greek football, and it's been a bit of a baptism of fire for him.

Bowler is yet to be on the winning side since arriving at Olympiacos, with the Greek giants having a difficult start to the campaign by their high standards.

Former Huddersfield manager Carlos Corberan has recently been sacked with the side fifth in the table, whilst in Europe they have lost their first two Europa League group games to Nantes and Freiburg respectively.

Bowler is yet score or assist, with him also, as yet, not completing 90 minutes for the Greek side, and so these are all things he'll be wanting to change during his loan spell.

Of course, he is a good player that has had a lot of upheaval recently and needs time to adapt, so hopefully he can do that soon for a club that obviously has big expectations.

Forest, and many others, will be watching keenly to see how he does.
