Blackpool have moved to further strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window, after announcing the signing of striker Ryan Hardie from Rangers for an undisclosed fee.

Hardie has signed a two contract at Bloomfield Road, with the option of a further year, and becomes the club's sixth signing of the current window, following the likes of Jamie Devitt, Adi Yussuf, Ben Tollitt, Ryan Edwards and Sullay Kaikai in joining the Seasiders.

Having graduated through Rangers' youth system, the now 22-year-old Hardie has made a total of 17 appearances in all competitions for the Scottish giants' senior side, scoring twice.

The striker has also spent time out on loan in the top two tiers of Scottish football with the likes of Raith Rovers, St Mirren and Livingston.

Taking to Twitter to react to the news of Hardie's arrival, a number of Blackpool fans appeared pleased with their club's latest piece of business, with others appearing to hint at the club to move for another player previously brought to the Seasiders from Rangers, in the form of current free agent Charlie Adam.

Here, we take a look at what some of them have to say.
