Nottingham Forest fell to a disappointing 1-0 defeat at home to Charlton Athletic on Tuesday night, dealing a big blow to their hopes of automatic promotion.

The Reds claimed a massive win at the weekend, defeating promotion rivals Leeds United by two goals to nil to take them to within one point of the top two.

But on Tuesday night, they were unable to build on that victory, losing 1-0 to struggling Charlton on a chilly night at the City Ground.

Forest produced arguably one of their most lacklustre performances of the season so far, as Charlton punished them in the first-half.

Naby Sarr dispossessed Joe Lolley on halfway, before whipping a sublime cross towards the back post which was volleyed in by Lyle Taylor.

Forest failed to receiver from that, on a night where Sabri Lamouchi made five changes to the side that beat Leeds at the weekend. One change came at left-back where Gaetan Bong made his first appearance for the Reds, coming in for Yuri Ribeiro.

Bong didn't have the best of debuts, though, being taken off on 58 minutes after a below-par performance. His passing was sloppy and he nearly gifted Charlton with a second goal after giving the ball away to Taylor in the second half.

Here, we take a look at Forest fans' reactions to his performance in midweek...
