Barnsley have signed Brad Potts from Blackpool.

Barnsley confirmed a deal to sign Brad Potts for an undisclosed fee yesterday.

Brad Potts puts pen to paper on a three year deal with Barnsley and there is an option to extend that by a further twelve months.

With thirteen goals and twelve assists last season, the former England under-19 man was hot property.

The energetic midfielder, who can play centrally or out wide, scored the opener in the play-off final against Exeter City as Blackpool won promotion with a 2-1 win on the day.

The 23-year-old has now left the Seasiders to join Paul Heckingbottom at Barnsley and he will test himself in the Championship.
