Aston Villa just about managed to retain their unbeaten status on Sunday but they did so in bizarre circumstances. 

They came away from Elland Road with a 1-1 draw after being allowed to walk in an equaliser after Mateusz Klich had given Leeds United the lead in a controversial fashion, running on to score when the Villa team expected the ball to be kicked out to allow Jonathan Kodjia treatment.

It all kicked off after that, but Marcelo Bielsa sportingly allowed the visitors to walk in an equaliser straight from kick-off.

Having just won ten matches on the bounce it is a point that the Villans will probably take, although the club's defence may not be too happy with losing their clean sheet as they did.

And the club paid tribute to the work of Axel Tuanzebe and Tyrone Mings' partnership that had been a key part of that run, showing off the impressive stats that came with them.

They are a pair that have become massive favourites since arriving at Villa Park on loan, but landing them permanently remained at the forefront of the fans' minds...
