Swindon Town’s Michael Doughty and Darnell Furlong could both be recalled by parent club QPR, the Swindon Advertiser has reported.
Doughty, who is in his second spell on loan with the Robins, has bagged 3 goals in 15 matches in all competitions for the Robins, who have struggled so far this season and sit just 3 points clear of the drop zone.
Fellow loanee Darnell Furlong has scored twice for Luke Williams’ side, in 21 league games. The defender spent time on loan with Cambridge United and Northampton last season, and before joining Swindon on loan, he faced them in an EFL Cup game for QPR.
Furlong has 5 appearances for the Rs under his belt, whereas Michael Doughty has played in 12 games for the London-based side.
Like Swindon, QPR have struggled in the league this season, and the return of Ian Holloway as manager has not seen an uplift in form as the club have lost 4 of his 5 fixtures in charge.
