West Brom continue to perform well this season in the Championship, with a highlight for manager Darren Moore being the 4-1 victory over promotion rivals Leeds United just prior to the international break.

So with Moore getting the majority of the big calls right so far this season, what is one main factor that will stop West Brom from getting promoted this season?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

If Dwight Gayle and Jay Rodriguez stay fit and firing, then they have every chance.

If that isn’t the case, then I think West Brom could struggle - goals win games and points make prizes in any league.

Keeping hold of Harvey Barnes is also key, but without the two marksmen to spearhead the attack at the Hawthorns, Darren Moore’s side could be in danger of missing out on the top six completely.

They have shown they have a telepathic understanding and should one go down again as Gayle did recently - and West Brom struggled - it could be detrimental to their promotion hopes.

George Harbey

Keeping hold of Harvey Barnes.

He may have found it difficult in recent weeks, but Barnes has been the standout performer for the Baggies this season.

His departure would be a huge blow.

Louie Chandler

The January transfer window.

West Brom's attack has been outstanding this season but if Harvey Barnes is to be recalled or Jay Rodriguez sold it could ruin their campaign.

Their first priority must be to hold on to their stars.
