New Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Warburton has a huge task on his hands, as he looks to turn his under-achieving squad into realistic top-six challengers for next season.

One of the players that Warburton will need to decide on is young midfielder Ebere Eze, who scored four goals and made three assists in 43 appearances this season.

The player started the season in excellent form but seemed to dip as the campaign progressed, so it'll be interesting to see what Warburton does with the 20-year-old next season.

So, should Warburton be looking to make Eze a fundamental cog in his starting XI next season?

We discuss........

George Dagless

"For sure.

"If he can keep Luke Freeman and Eze he has done some of the hardest work he'll have to all summer.

"Eze is a bright young player and if Warburton can build him up and make him confident he's one to watch next year."

Louie Chandler

"Absolutely.

"The midfielder's form dropped off a bit at the end of last season but showed in flashes just how good he can be.

"Warburton should put an emphasis on the club's youth again and this would be a great way to start."

Gary Hutchinson

“He should look to give Eze the chance to make himself a key player.

“Eze has talent, but often goes missing and that has to change.

“If he can become consistent and impose himself on games, he’ll be a big star.

“If not, Ilias Chair will be waiting in the wings to snatch his place.”
