‘He’s got a moustache on’ – This Leeds clanger has got a lot of people talking

Leeds United are back in Championship action on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Blackburn Rovers as they look to regain their place at the top of the Championship.

A 1-1 draw with Brentford before the international break meant the Whites slipped down into third place with Sheffield United and West Bromwich Albion rising into first and second respectively.

One player who will not be involved in Marcelo Bielsa’s squad for the trip to Ewood Park, however, will be right-back Luke Ayling.

The former Bristol City man was shown a red card in the match against Brentford at Elland Road, picking up his second yellow in second-half injury time.

But in the interests of keeping him in peak condition, Ayling was given a run-out for the reserves against Barnsley at Oakwell.

There was something noticeably wrong with the teamsheets handed out at the ground, however.

Where it should have presumably read ‘Luke Ayling’ the defender’s name had somehow been changed so it read ‘Luke Aylingwalsh’.

It was a mistake that the fans found both confusing and hilarious…
