Sheffield United continue to impress when they made it two wins on the bounce with a 3-2 victory away at Millwall at the weekend, to consolidate their position in 4th place, a single point behind new leaders West Brom.

Chris Wilder has got his side firing, but it is the form of 32-year-old striker Billy Sharp that catches the eye, with the veteran striker weighing in with five goals already this season.

So how do our team rate Sharp so far this season?

We discuss.....

George Dagless

I think he's been class.

There was a suggestion that he'd been written off at the start of the season but he has come in and excelled.

He's got the Blades' best interest at heart and looks as strong as ever.

Alfie Burns

He’s been excellent.

Sharp continues to defy his age, with the striker arguably getting better and better.

I think back to his time at Leeds in the Championship, when he wasn’t really impressing. However, since his return to Bramall Lane, Sharp looks immense.

He continues to be the Blades’ talisman.

Sam Rourke

Top class.

Billy Sharp has not lost his killer touch with age and consistently finds himself in the right places at the right time.

He's an excellent player for the Blades that should be the first name on the Chris Wilder's teamsheet.
