Che Adams has been one of the standout performers in the Championship this season, and has certainly been one of Birmingham’s star players.

Still only 22, Adams has his whole career ahead of him, but if a Premier League club comes knocking this summer, it will be hard for the St Andrews’ club to turn down the offer.

He has over 150 Football League appearances to his name, and could well leave Birmingham this summer.

We debate whether that will be the case or not…

Lewis Steele

"I’m not sure.

"I think a club of mid-table Premier League stature will come knocking and he will hand in a transfer request. Maybe someone like Bournemouth - look at David Brooks!

"Whether that is the right move for Adams or not is a debate for another day."

Gary Hutchinson

"Yes, but only at a push.

"When a player bangs in so many goals he has to be hot property.

"Even those clubs in the bottom four or five have huge spending power now.

"I wondered if maybe a Cardiff might come in for him."

Louie Chandler

"He's as good as gone.

"Which may not be a bad thing in the long run for the Blues as they will likely get close to £20million for him.

"Given their precarious financial position that could be crucial for any success next season."
