Norwich City narrowing overcame a spirited Reading side at the Madejski Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The Canaries snatched all three points in a 2-1 win in Berkshire thanks to goals from Teemu Pukki and Mario Vrancic.

Jon Dadi Bodvarsson had restored parity only for the visitors to sneak back into the lead one minute later.

Daniel Farke had Pukki to thank for opening the scoring early on, notching his fourth league goal of the season with a fine guided effort into the bottom right-hand corner from the edge of the box.

The striker put on a man of the match display and made it four goals in four games in both league and UEFA Nations League action.

The 28-year-old has hit a purple patch and was unplayable at times last night.

Despite scoring with his only shot on goal, Pukki’s all-round game was a marvel to behold.

He completed 18 of his 23 passes, and his only dribble of the evening and managed 35 touches of the ball in the 90 minutes he played in.

Leading from the front, the striker won two tackles during his shift at the Madejski Stadium, but it was his goal that had the Canaries signing from the start in what was their second win in four days.

Pukki’s performance was one that delighted the 919 travelling fans on Wednesday evening.

And with that said, here’s how the Norwich supporters reacted on Twitter to the performance of the Finland international in their latest win.
