It was an important day for Norwich City on Saturday, as they picked up their first league win since the opening day of the season, with a 2-1 victory over Rotherham United at The New York Stadium.

Things initially started badly for the Canaries, who fell behind to an early strike from Freddie Ladapo, and it could have been worse within the opening quarter of the game, when Ladapo had the chance to double the hosts' lead from the penalty.

Norwich goalkeeper Tim Krul produced a brilliant save to deny the Rotherham striker, and things would turn in Daniel Farke's side favour in the second half.

A Michael Ihiekwe own goal levelled things up, and after Angus MacDonald was sent off with 70 minutes on the clock, Jordan Hugill sealed the win for Norwich with a 95th minute penalty after a foul by Florian Jozefzoon on Emi Buendia.

That penalty marked Hugill's first goal for Norwich on his first start for the club following his summer move from West Ham, and after the striker took to Twitter post match to express his delight at the result, plenty of Norwich fans were understandably keen to pay tribute to his contribution.

Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say.
