Aston Villa made it four wins in a row on Saturday with a comfortable 3-0 success over play-off rivals Middlesbrough.

The result moved Dean Smith's side into sixth and there is a real belief and momentum about the side right now going into the final eight games of the campaign.

And, midfielder Henri Lansbury has been impressed with his teammates and jokingly suggested he'd been celebrating their recent win with a trip to see Peppa Pig with his two kids after uploading a picture to Instagram.

The midfielder has endured a very frustrating campaign so far, which has seen him play just eight minutes of Championship football.

He was frozen out under former boss Steve Bruce and picked up an injury against Birmingham under Smith back in November and has been hit with more injury woes since, with his last appearance coming at the start of the year in the FA Cup defeat to Swansea.

The Verdict

Lansbury is surely frustrated at how things have gone for him at Villa but fans will appreciate a light-hearted message like this.

He will obviously be desperate to get back out on the pitch and playing as Smith may have been the manager to get the best out of him.

For now though, all he can do is concentrate on his recovery and supporting the side when they are playing.
