When a team are flying as Leeds United have been in the Championship, the task for the squad players to force there way into the team becomes even harder.

So when two first choice strikers were unavailable for Leeds for the tough away trip to Millwall, the stage was set for young striker Tyler Roberts to step up and impress new manager Marcelo Bielsa.

But after a perfomance that gained mixed reviews, how will Roberts be feeling?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

It was as nondescript you can get.

He was poor leading the line for Leeds.

Roberts had one snapshot which trickled wide, and if that was Kemar Roofe, you’d imagine that he would have had a chance on goal.

If I were a Leeds fan I would not hold out hope of him scoring the goals the team needs to stay atop of the league.

Gary Hutchinson

Pleased he’s started, certainly.

Will he be fearful though that it wasn’t enough?

Leeds might be looking to replace him so there could be apprehension there.

Then again it was his debut so there will be a certain amount of pride.

Sam Rourke

He'll be a little disappointed.

Roberts had a number of chances to score for Leeds at The Den, but failed to capitalise.

You get the feeling if it was Kemar Roofe or Bamford in that position, they'd have scored.

However, it's early days for Roberts so he needs time.
