According to reports in the Mirror’s live transfer blog (03/01, 14:22), Huddersfield Town are keen to sign Alex Pritchard from Norwich City during the January transfer window.
Pritchard has been impressive for the Canaries over recent years, establishing himself as one of the Sky Bet Championship’s top attacking midfielders.
With Huddersfield interested, should Championship leaders Wolves be rivalling them?
He’d make a great squad greater.
Wolves are set for the Premier League and Pritchard is potentially a Premier League level player so I see no reason why he wouldn’t be a success.
He’d have to work hard, though, as Wolves’ options are superb.
I don’t see the point.
He would be little more than a bench option and with Premier League Huddersfield interested, the price is only going to go up.
It’s not worth spending big for a bench player at this stage and getting into a transfer battle with a Premier League side for someone who will not start.
I don’t believe so.
Already linked with Joao Carvalho, and already housing some attacking player with more to possibly be added to that.
The midfielder’s position of ‘number 10’ isn’t something that Wolves currently operate with.
