With Leeds riding high in the Championship after an unbeaten start, it could now be the time for Marcelo Bielsa to recruit the talent from the loan market to bolster the squad for the season.

A player who could fit the bill is 27-year-old midfielder Stefan Johansen of Fulham, who may find himself struggling for first team football following Fulham's extensive additions during the summer.

So should Bielsa move for Johansen? Could you see it happening?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

Yes, they should.

He is an all-action midfielder who could be an asset to Leeds’ squad.

With the plethora of new talent that arrived at Craven Cottage, Stefan Johansen may find himself out of the team and the only route to first-team football could be a loan.

He has the engine and the ideas to be a player that would fit seamlessly into the Marcelo Bielsa revolution currently afoot at Elland Road.

He'd be a real top class signing.

Gary Hutchinson

No, I don’t think so.

Leeds have been linked with lots of players this summer, perhaps more than the rest of the Championship put together.

How many have they bought? Three?

They’re proving you don’t need to spend all the time and there’s no pressing need to do so right now.

Jay Williams

I think Johansen could be a handy player for Leeds and his experience of winning promotion from the Premier League would be vital.

He is unlikely to get many chances for Fulham this season in the Premier League after they spent big on new players but he is a proven Championship performer.

As things stand, I'm not sure he gets into the starting line-up ahead of Kalvin Phillips and Mateusz Klich.

But with Adam Forshaw out injured and Ronaldo Vieira sold, he could provide a solid bench option alongside Lewis Baker.

George Dagless

I think so.

He's a good player that can provide energy in the middle of the park and score and set-up goals in the Championship.

If Fulham aren't going to play him this season Leeds should look to test the water.
