Leeds United, Derby and Sheffield United are just a handful of teams who have recently been monitoring Portsmouth forward Ronan Curtis.

The 22-year old, who arrived at Fratton Park from Derry City in the summer, has netted six times and assisted five times in 15 games for Kenny Jackett’s men, who sit at the top of the League One table.

The Irishman is the Blues' standout performer, and is bound to have many suitors in January.

Here, we discuss whether Curtis would be a good signing for Leeds...

Chris Gallagher

He'd be a decent signing.

Whether the Pompey man is good enough to get into the first XI is open to debate, but he'd certainly give Marcelo Bielsa's side much-needed depth.

As well as that, he is a young player, eager to improve and the Argentinian coach could help him become a top player at this level

Louie Chandler

Curtis is a great player, but not one Leeds particularly need.

With Roofe, Roberts and Bamford all proving to be top strikers in the division the funds would be much better spent elsewhere.

George Harbey

It'd be a decent signing for Leeds - having contributed to 11 goals this season it shows that he is a very creative attacker that would be perfect for Bielsa's system.

Is he good enough to get in the team just yet? Perhaps not, but with time, he is definitely worth the risk.
