Leeds United got themselves back to winning ways today with a win over Bolton Wanders at Elland Road, with the Whites running out 2-1 winners thanks to goals from Caleb Ekuban and Pablo Hernandez.

The home side were good value for the win in the end, and manager Paul Heckingbottom will have been delighted to see his players scrap out what was a crucial win for the Yorkshire side following what has been a miserable run of form.

One key man today was flying winger/forward Ezgjan Alioski, who put in a stirring performance. However, manager Heckingbottom revealed to Leeds United and Yorkshire Post journalist Phil Hay, that the winger had only flown back into the UK at 2am yesterday morning following international duty.

The summer signing was then able to put in an excellent display to help his side to the win today, and with Heckingbottom saying that it is the kind of attitude he wants to see from his players, it will know doubt be a breath of fresh air for Leeds fans to see something like this being brought up.

Leeds fans, what do you make of Alioski's commitment? Are you impressed? Let us know in the comments!
