Leeds United head to Craven Cottage this evening for a clash with Fulham, as the mid-table Whites take on the Sky Bet Championship’s form side.

Fulham are third in the Championship table, with Slavisa Jokanovic’s side on a terrific run of form, which has put the club into serious promotion contention ahead of the run-in.

Whilst Fulham are impressing, Leeds have been struggling, with Paul Heckingbottom’s side sat in mid-table.

Leeds have picked up just two victories during the calendar year so far, although one of those came on Good Friday, when goals from Caleb Ekuban and Pablo Hernandez secured a 2-1 victory over Bolton Wanderers.

Friday was one of Leeds’ better performances, however, Heckingbottom’s side were far from convincing at Elland Road and will have to be better against Fulham this evening.

With that in mind, we take a look at Heckingbottom’s squad and select TWO players we believe could be dropped this evening…

Heckingbottom has been sticking with O’Kane despite some poor performances, and Adam Forshaw’s absence might just see the Irishman retain his place.

However, against Bolton, O’Kane really struggled, with Ronaldo Vieira carrying him at times.

Fulham’s midfield trio is really difficult to play against and Kalvin Phillips could be turned to for more energy.

Lasogga partnered Caleb Ekuban on Friday, with the latter on the scoresheet and getting into some dangerous positions.

Some of Lasogga’s play was good, but this evening Leeds can’t afford to go 4-4-2 from the start and Lasogga should be the man to drop out.

The German could still be a useful weapon from the bench.
