West Brom kept themselves firmly in the race for a Premier League spot last night by beating Queens Park Rangers 3-2 at Loftus Road.

On an evening of high drama they triumphed by the odd goal in five, waiting until the very end of the game to finally separate themselves and a dogged Hoops side.

They twice led, through Jefferson Montero and Jacob Murphy, but were twice pegged back by Luke Freeman and Tomer Hemed. Just when it appeared that they'd have to settle for a draw, Jake Livermore popped up with a vital winner.

One point now separates them and Sheffield United in second, with three the difference to leaders Norwich City. Their goal difference is the most favourable of the top four, leaving them in a strong position.

Rekeem Harper, the teenage sensation who has broken into the first team recently, put in another sensational display with one audacious backheel marking him out as a confident and exciting addition to the side.

Baggies fans were effusive in their praise for many players last night, but Harper in particular seemed to be the focus of much of their adulation, as you'll see below.
