Notts County were officially relegated to the Vanarama National League as they were beaten 3-1 by Swindon Town on Saturday afternoon.
They were already up against it going into the final day of the season, but they took the lead with Kane Hemmings opening the scoring from the penalty spot.
Kaiyne Woolery soon responded though, before Theo Robinson netted a brace to confirm their relegation to the fifth tier of English football.
A win wouldn’t have even been enough as well, as Macclesfield managed to earn a point against Cambridge United to keep themselves in the Football League.
It’s been a season to forget this year for the Magpies, and it will be heartbreaking to see the demise of the club, having almost won promotion to League One last year.
But how did Notts County fans react to their relegation?
See the best of the reaction on Twitter below….
Come on Notts! We’ll support whichever league were in! We’ll get out of this!

Down but the fans certainly not out, credit to all who travelled today singing right until the very end. Can determine down now but in all honesty we got what our season deserved.
