A clip has emerged of Keith Edwards' equaliser for Leeds United in the FA Cup semi-final defeat to Coventry City at Hillsborough in 1987, which has drawn an interesting reaction from fans of the Yorkshire club. 

Today is the 33rd anniversary of the game, which saw the Sky Blues beat Leeds 3-2 following extra time to secure their place in the FA Cup final.

Leeds took the lead through David Rennie inside the first 15 minutes but Coventry turned the tide in the second half, with two goals in seven minutes leaving them in the driving seat.

The Whites weren't done, however, and Edwards came off the bench to head in their equaliser with less than 10 minutes remaining.

The Sky Blues grabbed a winner in extra time to secure their place in the final at Wembley, which they would go on to win.

On the 33rd anniversary of the game, footage of Edwards' equaliser has emerged on Twitter.

The clip has been well received by Whites fans, though many of them have recalled stories of their heartbreak at the time.
