After a frustrating year at the Hawthorns, young winger Oliver Burke will be determined to force his way into the team.
The former Nottingham Forest star scored in the League Cup for the Baggies in the week and he'll be hoping to cement a starting spot in the team consistently.
Darren Moore's side have enjoyed a steady start to the season, so is the time right to give the young hotshot his chance against QPR on Saturday?
We discuss.....
Jay Taylor
He has a chance.
Burke performed well during the Carabao Cup win over Luton on Tuesday, scoring the only goal.
He hasn’t been given a chance yet under Darren Moore in the league and with the form of Harvey Barnes, you can see why.
Moore should try and fit the two in together, they would cause defenders problems, especially with Dwight Gayle and Jay Rodriguez as the front pairing.
Gary Hutchinson
I think so, it is incredible to think we’re even discussing is. Here’s a boy worth in the region of £15m struggling to get a start in the division he grew up in.
West Brom have a strong attacking presence at times, if Rodriguez and Gayle play with Burke and Barnes then they’re going to score goals.
I know they conceded three on Saturday, but the aim of the game is to score more than you let in.
With Craig Dawson possibly coming back too, the Baggies might be the one relegated side who challenge for a top two spot.
George Dagless
It's worth a look.
West Brom looked better against Norwich and so Darren Moore might want to keep his side as similar to that as possible.
Burke has quality, though, so you could see him being given this latest chance to kick on.
Sam Rourke
He needs to start for me.
Burke's goal in the week in the League Cup will have given him confidence and handing him a start v QPR could be a good move.
He has the potential to excel in the second tier in England, as he demonstrated during his time at Nottingham Forest.
Throw him in.
