Sheffield United continue to perform well under Chris Wilder, with the Blades in sixth place in the Championship, just six points off leaders Norwich City, ahead of the match away at Reading in front of the Sky Sports cameras this Saturday.

An ever present for the Blades in goal this season has been 21-year-old keeper Dean Henderson, who is on a season long loan from Manchester United.

But will Henderson ever get a chance at Manchester United?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

I think I have more chance of playing for them than he does.

While Jose Mourinho is in charge, he certainly will not.

The United boss tends to want to buy the finished article and players who can affect now and not in three years or so.

On that basis, I believe he will be shipped out on loan again or sold.

Gary Hutchinson

No.

He just won’t.

The Premier League has changed to such a degree that they’ll spend £50m or so on a keeper without a moment’s thought, but have a star like Henderson in the Championship, out of mind.

He’ll be a top keeper too, but eventually end up at Burnley or Palace or somewhere like that.

George Harbey

I highly, highly doubt it.

De Gea has just signed a new contract at United and no one is going to be replacing him anytime soon.

Henderson should do what Sam Johnstone is doing and should work his way up.
