Sheffield Wednesday's recorded their fourth consecutive league draw on the weekend, as a last gasp Michael Dawson goal secured a point for Hull City.

The result puts Owls boss Carlos Carvalhal under even more pressure, and it begs the question, is it time for the manager to go?

We discuss....

Chris Gallagher

Unfortunately it is.

The Portuguese manager should be remembered fondly at Hillsborough, but this season is not acceptable.

He's too stubborn to change his formation which would improve the team and his comments over the past month or so sound like a boss who knows he is on the brink.

The Owls are massively underachieving and whilst the players need to take a look at themselves as well, the reality is in football it's the manager that pays the price.

Alfie Burns

He is on the thinnest of thin ice.

How much longer can Wednesday wait before making a change because their play-off hopes are rapidly fading.

Carvalhal has done an excellent job at Hillsborough, but for me, he has taken the club are far as he can and missing out on promotion last season looks to have hurt the Owls.

The only fear I would have about sacking Carvalhal is who would replace him?

George Dagless

It's a tough one.

Wednesday are caught in the middle because Carvalhal got them in the top six twice but this year things seem to have fizzled out.

A lot of fans would like him gone but others aren't sure who could come in and do a better job.

I think he has until the start of January.

Adam Simeoni

Wednesday seen a shadow of previous Carvalhal sides, and he may have taken them as far as he can.

It's just not working at Hillsborough this season, and draw after draw is halting their progress.

Results need to change, otherwise Carvalhal will be out very soon.
