West Brom are in a four-way fight for the signature of Fulham midfielder Stefan Johansen, who though an important part of the Cottagers' promotion season, does not seem to be in manager Claudio Ranieri's plans according to a report on TEAMtalk.

Baggies manager Darren Moore is looking for players to strengthen his squad as he looks to maintain his position in the promotion race, as clubs head into the business end of the season.

So would Johansen be a good signing for West Brom?

We discuss.....

Louie Chandler

"He is not needed.

"The Baggies have plenty of options in midfield including exciting young talents such as Sam Field and Rekeem Harper.

"Bringing in Johansen when they already have these players as well as Brunt, Barry and Morrison is pointless."

Jacob Potter

"This would be a good addition to Darren Moore’s side.

"They need additional depth in the West Brom midfield and Johansen would certainly provide them with that.

"He’s probably an upgrade on what they have in midfield as well, which could prove to be the missing piece in the jigsaw for their promotion bid this season."

Gary Hutchinson

“For the Baggies, yes.

“He’s Championship ready, weighs in with goals as well as solid performances and is in a position I feel they need strength.

“This would be a good signing and the sort of player who could add life to their promotion push.”
