A number of Cardiff City supporters have been suggesting that Neil Harris’ time in charge of the Bluebirds could have come to an end following their latest setback in their 3-2 defeat at home to Brentford.

Cardiff headed into the game needing to pick up all three points to close the gap on the Bees and the teams above them in and around the play-off places. However, despite taking the lead through a stunning strike from Will Vaulks, Harris’ side were unable to pick up a positive result that could have relieved some of the pressure forming on the Bluebirds boss.

It has been stated by Mehmet Dalman that he would ‘disappointed’ if the Bluebirds were not in the play-off places by January, and the defeat against Brentford means that Harris' side will fall short of that target by the time the New Year comes around. That could see the Cardiff boss come under some pressure over the next few weeks.
