Leeds United beat Western Sydney Wanderers earlier today to end their Australian tour on a high, with a great goal from Pablo Hernandez sealing the victory in stoppage time.

Of course, the purpose of the trip is to build fitness for the Championship opener but the win will surely give Leeds confidence moving forward.

However, it wasn't all positive for the Whites, with Patrick Bamford once again struggling in front of goal. The former Middlesbrough striker missed a great chance against Manchester United last time out and it was more of the same in Sydney.

One particular miss stood out in the second half when the 25-year-old got on the end of a cross from Jack Harrison but he somehow failed to score.

He didn't convince towards the end of the previous campaign at key moments, with a section of fans unhappy with his performances. And, those concerns are still there for many Whites fans after today's showing.
