Leicester City defender and Sheffield United youth graduate Harry Maguire has revealed that he will be at Bramall Lane for the Steel City derby tonight.

The centre-back took to Twitter to announce the news when prompted by a Blades fan in typically comical fashion.

"You gonna be at the lane tonight, mate?" asked the fan, to which Maguire replied: "Do bears ???? in the woods?"

The 25-year-old made 166 appearances during his time with the Blades in League One, scoring 12 goals and racking up ten assists as well.

He left for Hull City in the summer of 2014 for £2.8million where he made 75 appearances before moving to Leicester City for £12million in 2017.

Magure became a national hero in the summer thanks to his performances with England during the 2018 World Cup in Russia, scoring in the quarter-final tie with Sweden.

Chris Wilder's side will be hoping to return to the top of the Championship table for a short time at least with a win against their arch-rivals.

They currently sit in third place but just one point behind table-toppers Leeds United.

The verdict

There is not a player in England at the moment who so effortlessly relates to fans as Harry Maguire does.

So it is no surprise at all to see him coming back for his former club's biggest game of the season so far. You would expect nothing less of him.
