Mark Robins will be relatively happy with his Coventry City side and how they have performed in their first season back in League One. 

The Sky Blues won promotion to the third-tier via the League Two play-offs last season but have not rested on their laurels, continuing to push for a top-six finish this time around.

With 26 matches played, they sit in eighth place on 38 points, seven behind Doncaster Rovers who currently occupy the final play-off spot.

The January transfer window looks set to be crucial in settling promotion tussles in all three leagues and Coventry are in the same situation.

They added a very handy player to their squad on Tuesday evening when the loan-signing of Wolves striker Bright Enobakhare was confirmed.

Recalled after a tricky spell with high-flying Kilmarnock in the SPL, the 20-year-old will be keen to set the record straight at the Ricoh and show his parent club what he is capable of.
