Plenty of Cardiff City fans have taken to Twitter to react to the club's deadline day signing of Marlon Pack from Bristol City.

As confirmed by the club's website, the 28-year-old has joined the Bluebirds for an undisclosed fee from the Robins after agreeing to a three-year deal, which will see him stay in the Welsh capital until 2022.

Pack featured on 48 occasions for Lee Johnson's City last season, with his influence in the heart of midfield helping the club secure an eighth place finish in the Championship standings.

The arrival of the former Cheltenham Town man concluded a busy transfer window for the Bluebirds, which saw eight players (including Pack) join the club.

Speaking about his switch to Cardiff, Pack said: "It's been a quick turnaround but I'm delighted to be here.

"Obviously, as a former Bristol City player, I know it's a tough place to come - I never got a result here.

"But now, as a Cardiff City player I'll be looking to make sure it's a fortress and hopefully help the lads try to get promotion."
