Nottingham Forest fans were full of it last night as their club played out a 2-1 win over relegation threatened Birmingham City at the City Ground to all but put to bed any fears they themselves had about dropping into League One.

The Reds put in a display worthy of the three points, and despite a nervy end to the game, goals from Joe Lolley and Matty Cash were enough to see the home side home and give manager Aitor Karanka a vital three Championship points.

One of the key performers yesterday was midfielder Ben Osborn, who at times has divided the fan base this season. But, he took to Twitter following the game to give some praise to some of the unsung heroes at the club for getting the game to go ahead.

Osborn is always a player who gets a reaction from the Reds fans, and this was no different, with plenty of Forest fans taking the time out to respond to the young midfielder.
