Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips is set to sign a new deal at the club, according to HITC.
Phillips is expected to sign a three-year extended deal that will keep him at the Yorkshire outfit till 2019.
The home grown talent is regarded as an exciting prospect at Elland Road and was slowly introduced into the first team last season.
The 20-year-old made just three first team starts for Leeds, with seven coming from the bench.
Leeds United boss, Gary Monk has indicated that Phillips remains in his plans for next season as he tries to keep his best players at the club.
The Whites have an abundance of talented youngsters at the club that have burst onto the first team scene such as Lewis Cook and Alex Mowatt.
The club want to continue that trend and thoroughly believe that Phillips can follow in their footsteps to help Leeds push for promotion in the 2016/2017 campaign.
