Graeme Jones has stated that he is still undecided on whether Izzy Brown is fit enough to start for Luton at Reading on Saturday.
The Hatters travel to Berkshire looking to bounce back from last week’s defeat at home to a strong Nottingham Forest.
Despite dominating the possession, Luton failed to create enough chances to really hurt Sabri Lamouchi’s side but will be hoping to inflict more damage on the Royals.
Jones has expressed that a decision has not been made on Brown, and despite hobbling off after 30 minutes last weekend, there’s a chance he will start on Saturday.
Speaking to Luton’s official club website, Jones said: “Izzy has trained today outside, not with the group, but was desperate to get involved with the finishing at the end, so it’s a good sign. When you reflect on the weekend, it doesn’t help when you lose him after 30 minutes.
“We are 48 hours out from the game, it’s a long time and I don’t want to make decisions on him today. I will make a decision on him as close to the game as we possibly we can.”

Brown is so important for Luton, and Jones sees him as a crucial player for the Hatters especially when it comes to creating chances.
It should be a really interesting fixture on Saturday, and Reading have had somewhat of a resurgence under new manager Mark Bowen. The Royals are unbeaten under the Welshman and will believe that they can pick up three points again on the weekend.
Luton will have to do be at their best to get victory, and in order to do that then they need players such as Brown available to have an impact.
