Bristol City have identified Nahki Wells as a transfer target, according to Mike McGrath of the Telegraph.
The Burnley man who’s in his second-straight loan-spell at QPR is hot property right now – Bristol City have joined the race to sign the 29-year-old this month, along with Leeds United and Wigan Athletic.
Wells’ Burnley contract expires in the summer.
Bristol City have been linked with any striker that moves this window, and with Burnley eyeing a move for Josh Brownhill, it’s thought that Wells could go the other way.
The Bermudan has stated before that he’d ‘love to stay at QPR’ but that it’s a matter between the clubs.

He wants to stay at QPR and has said that. Burney also have no intentions of recalling him

Would be a real shame. I think Nakhi may be the best striker we have had since Charlie Austin

Sadly..I'm sure if Burnley get offered what they are after, money wise..he'll be gone. Got to move quickly.

So, Wells could well be off to Bristol City. For the sake of a transfer fee- QPR sign the bloody guy!

both parties will have to agree and Wells loves it at qpr, seen somewhere he told Ferdinand to not let him go and for him to stay at qpr this month, would be hard to pull him away
