Paul Heckingbottom will be looking for his victory as Leeds United manager and the club's first win since late December when the Whites welcome Bristol City to Elland Road on Sunday.

As Leeds' form has slipped away in recent weeks, the Robins have endured struggles of their own, which has seen them down the league and culminated in throwing a three-goal lead at home to Sunderland, who sit 23rd in the Championship, on Saturday.

So Sunday's clash sees two out of form sides go head to head but Hecky has received a welcome boost from some early team news on Leeds Live.

Striker Tyler Roberts joined the Whites in the January transfer window but has yet to feature in the first team due to injury.

However, he has been training since last week and could be in line to make a debut in Sunday's televised clash with Lee Johnson's side, which would boost the firepower available to Heckingbottom.

The Verdict

Compared to some of the strikers brought in by Championship clubs in the window, the signing of Roberts was somewhat underwhelming.

His existing injury only added to that feeling but he is a young striker, who will be eager to make his mark at a historic club and that could prove to be a lethal combination.
