‘Good end to a mediocre season’ – Leeds United fans underwhelmed despite final day win

Leeds United rounded off their Championship season with a 2-0 home win over QPR at Elland Road to finish the season with three points and a mid-table finish.

Goals from Kalvin Phillips and Kemar Roofe were enough to seal the three points for the Whites, who will be looking to build on this win going into the summer and into next season under manager Paul Heckingbottom.

Leeds though have had a poor season on the whole, and a change of manager once again midway through the campaign did little to help proceedings at the club.

Manager Heckingbottom has already come in for some flak from certains sections of the Leeds support, and following today’s win, plenty were on Twitter following the game to give their own thoughts on the win and season as a whole.
